Founder, Kaypable, Oxford

Psychologist, Educator, Personality Enhancement Coach

In last 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals around the globe enhance their communication skills—whether it’s refining their voice and speech or mastering the art of business and everyday communication for greater professional success and interpersonal effectiveness or incorporating significant life skills like emotional intelligence, empathy, assertiveness, productivity management, critical thinking, negotiation and conflict management and many more. My approach seamlessly integrates emotional intelligence and life skills into both personal and professional development.

What has always set me apart is the advantage of having my academic background rooted in psychology. This foundation has provided me with a unique edge in developing the most effective modules and methods for training styles that truly resonate with individuals, ensuring impeccable and lasting impact with every session or workshop. As my expertise deepened, I became driven to combine two powerful fields: the comprehension of human behavior and the mind, and Andragogy—the science of adult learning. This combination led to the genesis of - Kaypable!

I don’t believe in creating robotic templates or shrinking individuals to fit society’s boxes and expectations of what a confident person or go-getter should seem and be like. Whether you're an introvert, a recluse, a social butterfly, an energetic extrovert, a dreamer, a minimalist, an artist, or a materialist, I don’t care to judge you. Instead, I help you become more of who you truly are, refining only the areas that need attention, trimming edges that need trimming, and equipping you with the strategic skillsets that align with your unique goals.

I lay the foundation for unshakable self-esteem and train you in essential, sought-after skills tailored to your ambitions.

I’ve been keenly observing the market and societal trends the last few years, something I do naturally as it’s one of my favorite pursuits, too! :) And I couldn’t help but notice a growing pattern—given the mounting stress, and baggage that most of us are living with, many individuals seek therapy or a counseling psychologist to find an emotional outlet, a non-judgmental space where someone can understand both their emotions and their mind. They seek guidance to untangle their thoughts and patterns, someone who can show them the mirror when needed, with assertiveness, while also pulling them out of guilt, trauma, unresolved anger, or emotional distress.

Meanwhile, others struggle with insecurity, constantly feeling inadequate or lacking capabilities, especially in the face of society’s increasing number of dynamic extroverts and go-getters. There’s immense pressure to speak fluent English, which often overshadows the importance of being an effective communicator. There is an accepted definition of how and what confidence looks like, and there is mounting pressure on being that, being cool, being out there, and conquering it all.

And they seek help of trainers who could help them refine their communication and make their personalities shine hoping that would substantially improve the quality of life for them, professionally, romantically, and in social circles.

Lastly, there are those who seek growth, who aspire to level up and develop a clear plan. They turn to life coaches to design their roadmap for success and keep them accountable to their weekly, monthly, or even five-year goals. They are the ones who have waited too long for their euphoric moment, for patterns to evolve, for their procrastination to vanish, and now they want someone who keeps them accountable to their own growth.

This is where I step in. I bridge these three worlds.
